I understand to match isn on CAS2 and MS45.1, but is it possible to sync these modules on the bench? I do not have the car to perform the last step of synchronization. I was told I could do this but I would need another module. If this is true, which module would I need and how could I wire the modules together. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

you need to connect jbe , cas and dme all together onbench to make the sync. or you have to sync the cas- dme on car.

Even this may fail. There is a data line/ews from cas to dme, that must be connected then I think it will work I think.
