Hi all. I just programmed a key to FEM on the bench. I have the original key that came with the FEM. The original key shows transponder locked but the new programmed key shows transponder not locked. I think that is an issue? Is it? Key was programmed on unused spot.
Thanks.

It's not issue. Many new china keys, when programming to FEM\BDC, write - transponder not locked, but work without any problem. This keys can be programming to any cars 😉 It depends on the firmware of PCF in keys - transponder lock or no.

That seems to be the case. Thank you for taking the time to answer.
