I have been paying for three years now and never received any update. What are you guys doing? The other day I needed to do BDC 3 and what am I supposed to do when I pay for subscriptions and I don’t get nothing for it. Are you going to credit me back for the three years that you haven’t done nothing with this Tool I am very upset. When is an update coming out other tools have updates every week what is going on with you people

Knock wood, I do believe that since there are no other hexprog updates released since June, they started working on Autohex update release, so let's hope that is the case.

As mentioned in our earlier posts, there have been some delays in releasing updates. We’re sorry for the delays caused. However, we’ve planned to roll out a few new updates for Autohex II as soon as possible, and our team is actively working on them.

We are working on introducing a new and improved GUI along with updates for the G Series BDC. These updates will enhance usability, performance, and overall functionality.

I had to go buy some other tools, to tackle bdc2 and bdc 3. I did not spend up to the update money, we cannot be paying for yearly update and don’t get anything, even support have closing time, when it’s suppose to be 24/7 depending on the country you are in, you are told they have close, call back tomorrow , for support am paying for without update, lost so many jobs.

You have been saying this for over three years now that’s not efficient. Are you going to update the Tool or not?

We are actively working on the updates we promised. As previously announced, these will include a redesigned Graphical User Interface (GUI) and functional updates for the G Series.
