I had simmilar situation but need sync ISN from MVD17.2.7 in mini R60 . The problem is in this car was changed engine and ECU. Old ECU was MVD17.2.2 and from this Autohex read ISN and the new ECU is MVD17.2.7 from which Autohex don't read ISN. Is there any chance to sync new ECU with CAS . Ihave Eeprom dump from both ECU's.

mini cooper has 3 different type of dme pin outs depending upon the model.i attach all diagrams below just check whats your dme based on vin and do the right connection.
