Hi all

I have a customer who had his DME stolen from his car. It is obviously not possible to read the ISN from the FEM and because the DME was stolen, i cannot get it from there.

I've done loads of work on E series Cars and i know it's easy to replace a used CAS module.

Is it possible to fit a used FEM/DME/Key set to this car and if so, what happens if you need to change the VIN of the used FEM to match the car?

Any help would be useful.

Thanks

You'll need to replace EGS as well if Auto. Generally cheaper to just get a DME new rather.
