I created a request to the online service regarding disabling the lambda sensor and sap, DTC: 002EF4, but the request was rejected. Action: Contact MTK. There is no online service option in the ticket creation process. Why was it rejected? Where should I contact with questions about the online service? Perhaps you should add a line in the ticket creation process? Can anyone explain the reason for the rejection?
