Hello everyone.

I did the step by step FEM replacement / programming with Autohex. Car starts but FEM (ZGW) does not see some modules and is looking for non existing modules. For example the car is gasoline but the ZGW is looking for SCR module. Also the TC module, present in the vehicle, does not even show up on the modules tree in ISTA.

Does anyone know a solution / tool for that?

Thank You!

This looks like FA issue. Please make sure you have written the original FEM FA to the donor FEM. After writing the FA, exit the Coding/Programming section and enter it again so that Autohex II reads the updated FA. Then verify that the modules listed under Programming match the vehicle configuration, and proceed to program the FEM-GW and FEM-Body.

Yes. Did the FA, read write, check. The FEM BODY is coded by FA and shows OK (benzine engine), but ZGM is looking for SCR module and not looking for transfer case VTG, whichh the car has. As you know ZGW has no coding.

FEM GW will not have coding; this is completely normal. Hope you program FEM GW with the correct FA loaded.
