After 8 years, my HW 4 unit stopped working, So I was advised to switch to the HW 5 version—which I did. Naturally, my troubles didn't end there, as the HW 5 unit won't perform any operations on the test bench. I’ve tried both a new cable and a modified old one, but it simply doesn't work. It doesn't detect the MDG, nor does it see the TCU, so performing a reset on the bench is out of the question. What should I do next?

This is very weird. My HW4 stopped working 3 weeks ago as well. For no reason. I also had it around 8 years and never any issues.

Is this coincidence?

Please note that HW4 is an older hardware version, and due to its age and usage, hardware failures may occasionally occur over time. Such failures can be related to normal hardware wear and are not intentional or caused by any deliberate action on our part.
Thank you for your understanding.
