Connect both on Bench: CAS + this DDE
Autohex II will flash it with the correct flash based on the FA calculation in the CAS.

But why you don't want to flash it on car?

Hi decno1 ,I can not use the car because
I had to get a uses ecu cas and key to fix this car because autologic said they could not help and it was before I bought the autohex , I want to try return the ecu to its correct flash so I have a spare ecu cas and key .
Do you have the pin outs for the dde I have the cas loom made up already

You must be aware of something very important in Autohex II.
Autohex II flashs the ECU based on calculation of the FA stored in the CAS.
If you mount a different CAS (Different FA) Autohex II will flash this ECU in a different flash of what you want.
You can copy the FA from back up (from FA manager in Autohex II). after that quit the session, and enter it again: let Autohex II calculate Ecus flashs based on the new FA.

I guess you can find all pins in ISTA/D

Have you provided signals to ignition pins?

There is no error 8177
Possible 8117 which is related to engine working hours error.

Fixed the problem to customer by team viewer.
The error was 8117 not 8177,
This was a bug, to be solved in next release.
