HW4 will be available from next week for sales.when you upgrade to new hardware old one will stop working.

If I were you, I would try to practice on the bench first before you travel that distance.

I've tried 3 FEMS over the past 2 days and none of them will flash. Support have been very very helpful in trying to solve the issue, but it is still not resolved after doing everything they have asked me to do.

I also had an additional problem today when I tried to flash a DDE 626 and I kept getting error resulting in 'no program in flash'. I tried 6 times to program this DDE with the same problem.

The only way I solved it was to flash the DDE with WINKFP, which worked the first time perfectly.

Has anyone else had issues programming with HW4, or has anyone successfully managed to program keys, get the ISN or Flash a FEM, or unlock it?

I don't know if this is hardware or a software related fault, but I need a solution because I have 3 FEMS that I cannot work with and 3 very unhappy customers.

Let us know how you get on with your key programming if you do go.

I have tried two days ago. Initially the FEM couldn't be unlocked, but after I updated flash on it it worked. Took all of 10 minutes to unlock. I have a few more sets that I want to play with first before I'm confident enough to play on customer cars.

What’s the condition of the 3 FEM? Do they still work? I just updated the software to 1.45 if that matters.
