Hi Admin ,

Could you please check Autohex sw or look into whether I did any step or action in wrong ?

For example : There are 3 existing keys in a Z4 (E89) , so far only have key1 and key2 ,
I want to erase key3 .

I select in key learning , button 1 to check key1 and key2 , then button 5 to erase the lost key 3
after I erased key 3 , then I found that key 1 and key 2 also can not start the car .

I would like to know why other keys can not work ? I only select key 3 to be erased .

thanks

Hi, I had the same problem a couple of days ago. If you exit key programming and go to 'read cas ISN', after ISN is read, exit and then try to start the car.

I was stuck for over an hour with the same problem and the customer was there waiting. Very embarrassing! 😂
