I changed the DME on a 07 R56 Mini Cooper put ISN number into CAS car starts fine. Programmed DME then coded car. Programming ZB Number of DME is 7627794. I now get a fault no comuaction with TCM U0101. Car is a manual and don’t have a TCM. Should I program DME again?

try to delete the "Varianten" coding with ISTA

it is under service function > reset adaptions > reset variants

Yes DME was pulled from a auto car. I will try resetting variants.

Try recoding DME twice at the same sesion , after recoding if you see correct vin number try upgrade software
