If you have problems with the unlock proccess , your only needs update the FEM module (GW and Body)before the unlock proccess , its recomended make the update on the car.

I did update before unlock but worked only 2 times out of 3 , one fem still was not possible to unlock

I think it's some FEM HW problem , especially older ones . Some units update and unlock on bench without problem and other have problem with update FEM_BODY.
