Hi guys. I have a BMW one series E87 with a faulty fiber system. No flashing red light when u unplug the fiber programming port. I've checked the fiber wires for damage and found nothing.
Any ideas? I need to carry out cas and dme alignment. But it keeps failing saying communication fault. So I'm thinking maybe this has something to do with it.

Please check from indiv programing list if dme and cas is responding.

fiber optic system is only for programming Radio unit or ULF ( Telephone ) unit you dont need fiber optic.
Also some vehicle you need activated fiber with programming system but you dont need it.
Is any faults in CAS-DDE/DME ?
