Try read old burn CAS on bench use HEXTAG (read flash and eeprom)after read eeprom please press button edit if you have working key from this burned CAS you can decrypt ISN and you will be see right ISN exactly the same ISN is in your Gearbox.
Maybe you have chance read your BURN DDE on bench try read ISN. No other solutions on the moment
If you get your right ISN write to CAS and DDE , better write all data from your old CAS if possible reading on bench
