I'm having problems reading the ISN out of a Siemens MS45, I know I have the correct pinout as it communicates properly on the bench, however it does require a K line. Has anyone had any luck reading the ISN out of one of these on the bench?

Apparently these can't be read on bench if anyone else was wondering, they require the K-line support.
