I read and see that Exx8HP can not be done with out CAS or DME of donor EGS. Could you tell what would be procedure if I get a new virgin mechatronics ?Thank

Thank you. when I hook it up autohex say this is 6HP ews not active. This is 100% 8HP unit and we know that it is immobilized unit. What is wrong? This is an expensive unit and we don't want to screw it up. Not returnable.

this topic has been discussed in many threads ,please search topic before you make the new posting.
anyway for doing this you need to get CAS with key or DME from the same car you get EGS .so you will read ISN from any of these control and will write it to CAS and DME of car.

He is talking about new mechatronix. Autohex detects 6hp instead of 8hp.

Support helped. When it said 6HP EWS not active this mean it is not 6HP.This make it confused. Thank you support

his message was EGS is not 6HP with EWS.that means its 8HP
