does anybody have problem lately to unlock FEM or BDC on bench with autohex ?

What problem are you having mate?

I reflash BDC in Car , the i want it to reset Mileage on Bench , it would start back the download proper Flash from Microtrpnic , then i t prepaire car for flash and coding it freezes and nothing happened try different computer same problem and i try to restore , same thing , i have done a lot of those and i never had any problem . so finally i reinstall BDC in Car and i reflash , then i was able to reset mileage on bench .
so problem solved

when you are connecting on bench make sure the wires are not getting twisted one another,it can cause communication issues.

Cable should not cross one another.

What processor, there it is BGA, do you mean by eeprom memory ?
