I try to clarify isit possible to program keys on CAS 4 / 4+ by OBD - without take out CAS or ECU for bench reading

CAS4 - need CAS eprom - Can be read by OBD?
CAS4+ - need CAS eprom + ECU ISN - is it possible to read ISN by OBD like on some CAS3+ models or must take out the ECU and read on bench?

hi,
90% of the CAS4/4+ is unlocked OBD using DME ISN under cas firmware option.so when it comes to CAS4 EWS 5 Not active we prefer you to go for the old method itself by reading CAS eeprom/D-flash in Hextag because no need to get DME ISN for programming key even all keys lost for CAS4.check the links attached for more details.
when it comes to CAS4+ its necessary to get DME ISN even its an additional key so in this case you can go for the new method of unlocking CAS OBD once you get DME ISN.getting DME ISN OBD depends on it flash version and ECU model in most cases cars with CAS4+ it will be ON bench in ISN factory mode option without opening DME/DDE.
