Hi Group,
I have got a 2007 BMW 325i towed for no start,customer replaced used DME and so I need to read DME ISN to put in CAS.I've done few times and was always successful.
But this message kept popped up,when I try to read ISN :

Internet:your software expired reference:1010.

Try to update per UPDATE button on the software it just kept stop at last version 36.
I then go to the website & download the 38 software version and rerun on the laptop,but it kept putting back the version 36

What need to be done to fix this issue?

Hi

With the new software version release, you need to uninstall your current Autohex software and reinstall it from the website, then you can update to version 38 and carry out your work.

Yes, I did what you have instructed after payment of $750 yearly BMW software renewal and everything work again.
