Autohex cannot download flash data for DME error '8301' which is the internet connection fault, but I'm able to flash all other modules no problem, but only the data for the DME will not download, even though 'update available' is showing and the internet connection is good.

Support asked me to connect with teamviwer today and I've been here waiting for 6.5 hours.

Is there anyone on support today?

It's a brand new DME purchased from BMW.

All sorted, support helped.

The problem was that some files were not deleting by in one of the software's folder.
