Hi i,m trying to install a new Kombi instrument cluster to a 2018 model F21, Instrument Cluster is supplied new from main dealer
When i go into programming in kombi2 i have Flash updated/encoding available, so i click continue and get message preparing vehicle for flashing, then i get error message
Coding: Error when preparing module for coding Reference: 831F
I tried to connect to tech support today but realised they do not work on a friday, Can any one help Thanks

Tech support connected to vehicle and had car sorted within 5 minutes, great tech support cannot fault it, thanks guys
