Hello everyone ,
Please , we have BMW 335D + all keys lost and with corrupted Flash and eeprom CAS , before us another garage try to program new keys on bench but failed and we find flash corrupted , the support (chat) send us yesteday the good flash but we think eeprom is missing some data , the car is far away for this reason we need to work on bench .
we bought second hand CAS and need to transfert all necessary data to start this car .
all dumps attached New and Old CAS Dumps + ECU Dump edc16c35

Hello. I would try to recover the original CAS with these steps:

• Find good flash file from same part number CAS. Write it to CAS (you said support provided good flash so write that to original CAS).

• Read original eeprom, change line 0F90 (first three columns) to DA AA 55, write back.

• Perform individual programming (using autohex on bench)

These step should bring the CAS back to life. Now you can learn new key (sometimes you don't need DME ISN) but it may ask you for ISN which autohex can extract DME ISN for you.

on autohex coding/programming what message you are getting? you can try to program new key from key learning option 4 on original CAS.

thanks to all for your help , all is fine and car start after write the good flash provided by autohex support , the first time we only have the CAS ECU , now after the car's owner bring the car in our garage ,we made all neccesary coding and programming , now the car start
(when you have the good support and good device never worry )
