I tried to add a spare key but the new key not locked after programming. The car start with the new key when I hold it on the steering column but no remote, no keyless. Both keys (the original and the new) 433mhz, both keys genuine mini key (the new from local supplier). I tried delete and add to an other slot but same. Is it key fault?

probably its issue from the keys try to reset keys in hextag and reprogram it again. you need to delete previously programmed slot if you are reprogramming same key.
as it is 433 mini in hextag connect based on MINI key and reset from BMW hella option 926-09

I tried to program the 66126805986. Maybe the 9345896-02 different system in the key?
Can you check the vin what is the correct key for this car or doesn't matter because all fem keys same?

sorry we can't check those details from VIN.

If I reset the mini key with hextag then is it usable for fem system?
Usually the bmw fem keys unusable for fem system after reset. only for cas4 because the remote and the proxy function not working.
So if I reset this key, it is safe?
