Hi, anyone know how to read this ecu isn? Mini mev17.2.2
Doesn't seem to be supported by the isn bootmode function.
Do I need hextag, and do I need the cloning licence please?

MEV1722 you can read using the below connection and from the attached option 1. This ECU is not supported in factory mode you need to use the attached connection.

Isn read failed by obd, and tech support told me it was only possible in boot mode.

To read this ECU OBD you need ignition , maybe our team informed you need boot mode in case of hextag. You can read ISN from this ECU on bench just by plug in wires as attached picture without opening in Autohex.
