I have 2011 X1 E84 CAS3+ was damaged can't get any dump or read, Have bought another CAS 3+ same part# tried to SYNC the CAS and DME but not working is there anyway I can resolve. I have AUTOHEX II tried to do the ISN but it does not sync the CAS and DME.

First try to get isn from dde, save it and then write the isn in cas3+, then autohex will prompt if you want to sync cas with dde, press yes.

If you cannot get isn from dde, you should use some bdm tool and get the isn that way

In this case best option is to get new CAS from BMW. Cas3+ is used in many models, even if hardware numbers are the same, the software on it will be completely different between models. And unless you know CAS EEPROM structure intimately, you have no hope of getting it all working perfectly without either the Orin EEPROM dump or a new CAS from BMW for that vin.
