Have a stolen and recovered 3 series, have disabled the stolen key, but go to program new one and it’s encrypted cas3.
It Wants to downgrade cas for new enroll.
Can’t comm with dme to get number
Do I need it?
Also won’t let me upload photos is the file size restricted?

hello
you can downgrade cas from cas firmware option. if dme ISN not working obd you can read it on bench. If you provide the VIN number we can guide you with connections. Also you can contact support via live chat for faster response

I only have hotspot on my phone and it’s not the best.
Autohex shows key enabled in slot 10, but I used slot 9 in tango,
And shows no response when inserted in and out of slot, oem key no problems.

for downgrade you only need basic internet to download files, problem will be from your new key. I do believe you are already in contact with our tech team.
