..you need AUTOHEX for MSV70 and CAS3 _ HEXPROG does such functions on CAS3+ , CAS4 and CAS4+ and can read SK/long ISN on TRICORE DME/DDE if you have cloning license active😊

Please read EXT flash in hexprog software and send to support they will give you ISN but CAS3 you cannot edit ISN or change VIN for DME using Hexprog you need autohex tool to do functions like that. For more details contact support via skype/WhatsApp/Live chat.

You can decrypt CAS with working key( insert working key on slot) then edit short ISN and save then write eeprom back read again and decrypt to confirm changes.
If you are using hexprog after you read CAS data you need to remove BDM cable and connect key coil and insert key on that for decrypting, once ISN is decrypted and saved then connect BDM cable back to write to CAS.
For mode details you can contact our support if any doubts.

Its better you use Autohex to check and fix the car.
