Probably this issue is from key itself, don't think FRM issue. Anyways there is no repair button for this FRM in F series you can only read and write data.

Central Locking drives are driven directly by the JBE not the FRM, disconnect JBE wires and plug back if it refuse then check your fuses

keep key near coil and press ingnition switch many times.
