I have a BMW x1 F48 vehicle from 2019, the original DME does not exist since it has been stolen and the client has obtained a used donor DME. I have already unlocked the BDC and I have the BDC ISN, can you help me make a decision to change ISN in DME or BDC for this vehicle? I need your advice to be able to start the engine, I would appreciate if you can provide me with the best strategy to resolve this case.
I tried to change the ISN of the DME with Autohex and it tells me that it does not support writing the ISN on this DME 0261S21754 9897879-01 MG1CS201. I asked Support and they told me if ISN is changed in BDC, the transmission will not work.
The Transmission of this vehicle according to the catalog is a 7DCT300 EGS.
