Hi Group,
Some one can help with convert those VO (vehicle orders) from the list get from the BMWTIS.com into a file,
so it can be downloaded into USB flash drive & transfer into CAS,LM & FRM?
This 2008 Mini Cooper lost all VO and when you are using one of those scantools,it tell you exactly the same thing :CAN NOT GET VEHICLE ORDER from VEHICLE!
Before I can come to FA manager and add or remove VO.

Here is the Vehicle order list:

01CA,0205,0214,0240,02RL,02VB,0300,0383,0403,0441,0450,0473,0493,04AU,04BC,04UF,0534,0550,0563,0645,0693,0694,06FC,06FD,0736,0842,
0845,0853,0876,08SM,08SP0925,B055

The above vehicle order are unfortunately saved in PDF and is not support file type,so I can not uplooad here
Regards

Why you don't go to FA Manager then advanced, then you can fill these values manually.
You will also have a chance to make sure that the FA is valid.
By the way: these FA you got from internet are not necessary to be the complete items of FA.

I can not go to FA manager, before it let you go there it has to determine the Vehicle Order.
All of Scan tools ISTA/P,Autologic or BMW Hex II will tell me exactly the same : Can not get vehicle order!
And it stops me to go further.

Agreed with FA from the BMWTIS.com is not 100% true.It could be retrofit from Independent shop and not updated to the BMW/Mini database.
But those vehicle options came with the car when delivered to customer.

Can you help me convert those number into binary file (I'm just assuming the file format, you may know it better!),so I can put them in USB stick
and transfer it per ISTA/D (it's got this option!)

Thanks!
Danny

Try to use new ON BENCH function (BMW version 1.0.41).
You also can mount any CAS, play the way you like in FA, then mount the defected CAS and write the data there.

I see it now on the newest software.I have never done that, but it should be a very option to play with.
