ok so made spare key for 2010 X6 downgraded cas3 wrote blank key direct to cas, restored cas all working ok, customer calls me to say the radio is not working on my key but does with his?? anybody had the same problem or what could be the issue??

hi,
mean key remote and keyless. please make sure the key is ok.if original key works for key remote means issue with the used key probably. please try program another good quality key and check if remote works for that key.
