Hi all,
I want to make new key in F series in CAS4 and CAS4+, program ask me for dump file.
I can read dump from CAS4/4+ with mask: 1L15Y, 5M48H and 1N35H.
When I read 1L15Y (MC9S12XDP512) I have 4kb EEPROM and 512kb P-Flash
When I read 5M48H or 1N35H (MC9S12XEP100) I have 32kb D-Flash and 1MB P-Flash
My question is: what file I should to load to Autohex program to make key?
I think it is:
for mask 1L15Y - 4kb EEPROM
for mask 5M48H - 32kb D-Flash
for mask 1N35H - 32kb D-Flash
It is correct?
