Of course if you don't see the diagram, this does not means it is not supported :)
If you can send us a photo of the internal PCB of this DDE, we may help.
By the way: why you are trying to work with ISn in boot mode since you can do it by OBD?

We might need to connect to the ecu via boot mode if the ecu is damaged and will not read through obd.
I am interested in the connection diagram to the same ecu type
