i have a cas3 i and trying to get isn but when i do firmware downgrade it fails and gives ref 1000 can any one explain how to get the cas to downgrade . tried on the bench and in the car with out result

ok well problem solved i read cas by bdm and corrected isn to match ecu and resync and car now start but i will still like to know why downgrade not possible to read and write isn on bench with can

I do a Loooot of CAs downgrades on the bench and never had an issue since the last two updates. You sure you have good internet connection? I'm just guessing here.

i've also never had problem downgrading firmware,

but this errors with numbers only without descriptions are killing me :))

Agreed, more descriptive errors like this would really help having to rely on tech support.

i got it downgrade on bench working now after disabling windows defender it worked perfect
im sure problem is with my laptop not autohex tool
