Good day. I have the same problem with Mini R56. Same fault code. I got a clone lockset. Works 100 persent. So I first clone just DME with K-tak and with Hextak. The DME works fine as long as I use the clone locksets CAS And key, no problem. As soon as I use original CAS with key's That speed limitation fault is there, and car does not rev up. Then I made 100 persent clone . Cas DME ext. Change milage and vin. Code DME with cars vin. As long as I use my Clones copied key in the car all work fine, As soon as I make a new key for this car with fully cloned lockset. Problem back again. To get it reset. I unplug complete lockset. Fit back my cloned dme with my donor clone cas and key all fine. I have programed with ISTA got fsc codes from a friend at BMW . Does not load fsc codes into DME . Done the complete car full update, Tried to load FA from donor clone, but then it fails I-level. any help please
