if you want to use BMW software, then I'd flash the file directly with winkfp
often software for cars exported to new zeland etc works, I think from memory EU2 standard etc
however the approach i perfer is to use a third party tool to flash the engine ecu, then its the same approach to using BMW flash files or modified flash files
you could use winkfp but if you flash the wrong file you will have a big issue.
better to use BDM/bootloder mode and do it on bench. then if it all goes wrong you can save yourself
I have done 1000's of EGR and DPF combos on BMWs.
what sort of car are you talking about?
there is no clear cut press button, dpf/egr off method in autohex or any other tool.
