I have a 2012 BMW X3 F25, diesel, manual transmission, equipped with a CAS4 module.
Initially, I had no ignition and no communication with the CAS. The 5A CAS fuse was blown. After replacing the fuse, communication with the CAS is now OK, but I still have no ignition: terminal 15 is not being activated.

Work already carried out:
ELV clone → NOK

ELV virgin reset → NOK

Cloned the original CAS into another CAS → NOK, same symptoms

From time to time, the steering lock moves, and I get the following fault code:
93080D – ELV signal timeout.

I’m running out of ideas.
Could you check the Dflash and Pflash readings from the vehicle’s original CAS and tell me if any of the dumps look corrupted to you?
