Have done an update of some units and have an error on this one.

Unit now stuck on flashing left arrow and autohex customer service cant do nothing over TeamViewer.
Does anyone have the same issue?

Replace kluster. AH kill it. Try esys, last chance

If you don’t have a clue of what you say, you better to not post here.
We checked the log of this KOMBI, the KOMBI is rejecting the dowload request routine, problem is either from kombi or some conditions not met ( power, wiring, some ecus are missing,... etc).
We fixed the ENET since about 4 months, we are sure these is a ZERO issue in ENET.

bratick its recoverable dont wory..what admin sayed is true enet is fixed and last time when I did 6wa everithing went perfect!to be sure in your case disconect batery and repead the programing proces few times with doip disabled and see what happen

After checking with support engineer about the issue of KOMBI, he spent 1 hour on teamviewer and he was checking all possibilties like missing Ecus, power supply,...etc. All were good, only 1 problem... bratick said that he only corrected mileage.
Attached file is a part of the log file of this KOMBI with an explanation, hope AUTOHEX_BMW can learn something before he start advising of what to do.
I wish every member here if he wants to be really helpful to the others to write what he is sure about, and if he wants to get help, to tell the whole story, this way we all can help better.

ooooh its retrofit than? without corecting the vin or virginize the unit there is 50% chance memory be writen

Old unit bined. now new one works perfect but a red dot needs to change vin and all good.
