Please change the internet connection and try to update your Autohex software and it will update.
For EGS please do battery unplug and connect back and then do indiv programming first and then do reset again from isn manager option 3.

EGS is red on ISTA.tried the battery reset and tried with Hexprog on the bench, but it seems that the EGS ECU has gone into history
