Is it possible to do virtual reading on the VAG group for example, as it is done on pcmflash, etc.? I mean that I can download from the server not only the firmware that is currently in the ECU, but so that I have a choice of stock firmware. This is convenient, so I can update the ECU firmware.

Virtual read contains maps portions in the flash mainly. So, Virtual files can be used to return the ECU to stock from previous tuning. Firmware update is not possible with virtual files.
