I have a burnt board on a Bosch EDC16C37 which is the original from the 2006 Chevy 2500 LBZ. I read Internal, external flash and EEprom in boot mode. Write files to Doner unit with no errors on read from org and write to don. Tried to test ECU on bench and in vehicle and have no communication to ECU. I had communication before file transfer in vehicle. I have compared the files and all files match from don and org units. I have rewritten the original doner files back to the doner ECU and still have no communication. I am looking to find original files for doner service#12606126 or original service#12588335. Or even direction to a solution to get the doner back online. Tia for any information or help! Using Hexprog II with ribbon cable.

If the transferred file matches from original and donor ECU then donor ecu must communicate on car as like original ecu. Please make sure ecu components are ok and in good condition.
