Can I reuse a key track in cas 3 using auto hex
For example if key track 4 has been used is it possible to use this track again and rewrite a key

if you mean that you saved the key from one cas, yes, you can use that file to write the key again on another car. i have done it several times without problems

I got a car with all key lost .I downgraded the cas and made two keys on key 4 and key 8. The owner got a new key from the dealership .The new key does not work .
when i checked with autohex key track 3 is not used(key 3 is what the dealer must have made).

yes both keys are working
but when the car went to the dealership they refused to service the car because they could not read any data from the keys I made , so the owner ordered a key from the dealership which is not working the dash has a key symbol with a line across it

If you did not make a key on track 3, then there is 2 possibilities:
Someone before you played with this cas
BMW made something wrong (not likely)

you cannot make that key working ,because key 3 is showing not used so you can't get key data for reusing.

Is there a solution.

The keys that i made cannot me read by the bmw key reader , will that happen to all the keys made by me

So far, I cannot understand your question.
I mentioned before the two possibilities.
Even if you see key 3 is not used, it is possible that someone deleted this key ( after he used it), so prest values from BMW were deleted in this slot.
