Greetings; I have a problem with an BMW X6, all keys are lost and the CAS is encrypted. I bought the tool AutoHex because it can read the SK both from the DDE and the CAS, but now I can't obtain the sk number neither from the CAS or the DDE. I can read the dde, but only gives me the ISN 4 digits; I also read the EGS but only obtain 8 digits and for doing the key I need SK complete, what can I do in this case? Thanks for the help beforehand.

What car is it exactly? What year, engine etc

It's a BMW X6, 2013 year, 4.0 diesel motor.

you can make key with 8 digit egs ISN.try both EGS ISN you got only one among them is the right one.
in your case DME/DDE has only short isn it doesn't have SK in it and for reading cas isn you need a working key.
