Autohex II requires to know the largest segment of message accepted by ecu. When ecu reject to answe this request you will get this error.
Ecu is still in normal mode as this error appears before Autohex starts the programming session.
This error usually occurs when some conditions not met, or the ecu is faulty (flash or eeprom probably).
