Hi
I tried doing cas firmware downgrade today and it wrote the first 100% file, then said ecu restart and after it said ecu flash complete with error ref: 8345

Need help please

Dead.. It won't accept the key anymore,
I even tried using winkfp to bring it back to life, but unfortunately it actually destroyed it.

I do, and I have a flash for it, but I don't understand why autohex would do that, I just bought the unit...!

i think the last update have some problem and it will be resolve in next update but i make downgrade for cas 3+ many time and i dont have any problem

This should not happen unless there is something wrong with CAS.

You are right
We have some issues in version 1.0.28 due to we had rewrite flashing and coding in E series from scratch in this version.
Version 1.0.29 will be available in few days, hope we solved all these issues.
However the CAS Firmware is functioning correct in current version.
