Hi. I am trying to downgrade CAS3 and getting this error Ref:1010. Anyone knows what is it for ? Thanks

Still have you go communication with CAS? if yes what say Autohex ? cas status normal? you see VIN or no .

I can see the VIN, Status normal, When starting to downgrade getting error 1010

hi error 1010 stands for software expired.you must renew it for online operations.

Is it possible to create a topic and put in a list of common error codes for user to search. Since putting it is software is hard, a list should be much easier.

We talked about the errors list and description a while ago, but still don't have it, unfortunately. Any chance to get it? I had to wait a day to find out what was a problem as Support was off on Friday.
