Will it ever be fixed? No connection to read errors, run diagnostic etc with "old" e series, e53/46/83/38/39 .....

If the option its there, it should work....It used to on old HW.

Yesterday I try to connect X3 E83 even diagnostic no working with HW4 but if I connect second laptop with old software and my HW3 working diagnostic perfect , what is with HW 4 no idea ? but if I choice E70 and try diagnostic E83 only is possible diagnostic DDE why ???? if you choice E83 is not possible??? somethink wrong with software .

Well, small update..Could not run any diagnostic on 3 series f31 2013 with a same message: THIS CAR IS NOT SUPPORTED....

f31 is supported for all functions.what's your software version for autohex?

HW4, bmw soft 1.0.48. If i click, run diagnostic, not supported message comes up.

Hi

I have this problem too, just use the F30 option rather than F31. I don't know why there is an error, but choosing F30 works fine for me.
