Hi, I seem to have a problem with a DME 81.2 ECU From a 2011 model 3 series that I have tried to read the ISN/SK from. I had it connected up on the bench with a cas unit and a working key and tried to read the ISN/SK

Autohex software reflashed the ecu but failed at 96% Also message box says Please program the module with latest update first, but when I go into programming and try to programme the ecu, the autohex software tell me the ECU is not ready for programming, If i look at module programming report i can see under status No program in flash

I have attached a picture of the programming software page, sorry it not a good clear picture

How do I repair this problem please

I sent this problem to Tech Support yesterday but have not had a reply, Not good support

2 days waiting on a reply from tech support, Customer is giving me heavy grief now

Can anyone tell me how to get a reply from tech support

Are not you the one who we joined his teamviewer yesterday and we kept waiting a response from you for 3 hours (until 12:00AM Dubai time)?
If so, I guess today we discussed your issue on TV and we hope things are fine with you now.
By the way: I checked our tech support mail, we did not get email from your side, we got only on directsales@micro-tronik.com yesterday afternoon

Hi yes that was mine, thank you for sorting the problem, I will go to the car on Monday and try the ECU,

The email I sent was to tech.support15@micro-Tronik.com and was sent 13 June 2016 at 21.03 uk time, and I have just checked my mailbox to see if it was returned or undelivered but have no messages. So don't know what happened to it

And thanks again for fixing the problem
