i repaired a corrupt FRM3 from an E70 with the help of autohex :)

this is a common issue with all bmw frm's, were it crashes during diagnosis or sometimes when battery is unplugged

when reading frm with xprog, i got partition table error on dflash and eeprom...no problem reading pflash.

erase and blank eeprom partition with xprog, then write a good working eeprom dump

this will reanimate the frm so as it can be seen via diag

use autohex to program and encode the frm, this will restore the original vin

using autohex again, copy the fa from the cas into the frm...job done!
